From the West Ham website:

West Ham United and former chairman Terry Brown have agreed an out of court settlement in relation to their respective legal claims. The settlement brings to an end all outstanding disputes between the two parties.

No word in there about what the settlement was, though I will take a wild guess that there is some cash and a season ticket involved.

The Brown settlement brings and end to the second of the three legal disputes that have been hanging over Upton Park since the “Tevezgate” saga began. Earlier in the year West Ham also ended their dispute with Kia Joorabchian, in another out of court settlement.

From the Timesonline;

West Ham United’s protracted dispute with Kia Joorabchian ended last night when the parties reached an out-of-court settlement. Joorabchian took legal action against the Barclays Premier League club in March, claiming that he was owed payments totalling £7.1millon. The agent has withdrawn his High Court claim against the club and will act as a consultant for them on future transfers, for which he will be paid a fee. The club have said that the agreement had been lodged with the Premier League, but declined to reveal the length or structure of the deal.

The third dispute between West Ham and Sheffield United (yes that is still going on) will apparently be settled in September… unless of course Sheffield do not receive the decision they are looking for, in which case they will probably lodge a lawsuit with whatever law court they can find willing to listen to more of Kevin McCabe’s incessant whining!
